Réamhscrudú na Gardaí

De réir na nAchtanna um an mBiúró Náisiúnta Grinnfhiosrúcháin (Leanaí agus Daoine Soghonta) 2012 go dtí 2016, caithfidh gach duine atá ag obair linn go díreach le páistí agus daoine leochaileach réamhscrúdú na Gardaí a bheith déanta oraibh. Tháinig sé seo i bhfeidhm ón 29 Aibreán 2016.

Ag dul leis an gcóras ‘E-vetting’, ceangailte, tá foirm NVB 1 agus foirm fianaise aitheantais le líonadh. Lean Céim 1-3 agus seol ar ais sa phost chugam iad. Tá an Grinnfhiosrúcháin riachtanach d’aon phost i gColáiste UISCE. Lean na treoir thíos chun cinntiú go seolann tú gach rud ar ais i gceart.

Céim 1

Priontáil an fhoirm NVB1. Má tá tú Faoi 18, beidh ar do Thuismitheoir/Caomhnóir sonraí teangmhála a líonadh isteach ar Cuid 1 den NVB 1. NVB 1
Má tá tú faoi 18 beidh ar do Thuismitheoir foirm NVB 3 a líonadh freisin agus fianaise aitheanntais a sheoladh chomh maith.

Céim 2

Líon isteach an fhoirm go cruinn. Bí cinnte i gCuid 1: go scríobhann tú do sheoladh faoi láthair & do sheoladh ríomhphoist go cruinn. Bí cinnte i gCuid 2: Coláiste UISCE, síneadh & tic sa bhosca agus dáta a líonadh.

Céim 3

Seol an fhoirm líonta agus dhá chóip fianaise aitheanntais chuig an seoladh thíos.

Céim 4

Seolfaidh mé an fhoirm go CONCOS ar do shon.

Céim 5

Ansin, coinnigh súil ar do ríomhphoist. Tar éis timpeall 5-7 lá, gheobhaidh tú ríomhphost uathu le foirm go mbeidh le líonadh ar líne agaibh.

Beidh do réamhscrúdú déanta taobh istigh do 5 lá agus gheobhaidh tú scéal ó CONCOS

In accordance with Child and Vulnerable Persons bill 2012 and legislation that came into effect on 29th of April 2016, any person working with us in direct contact with children or vulnerable adults must be garda vetted. CONCOS our governing body, manages our vetting using the e-vetting service. Please find attached, the NVB 1 form and guidelines on proof of identity. Please follow the directions (Céim 1-3) below to ensure the forms are completed and returned correctly. Garda Clearance is compulsory for ALL jobs in Coláiste UISCE.

Step 1

Print the NVB1 form. If you are under 18, then your Parent/Guardian contact number and email must be filled in on Section 1 of Form NVB1 NVB 1 English Version
If you are under 18 your Parent/Guardian will need to complete and send the NVB 3 form with Evidence of Identification with your application.

Step 2

Complete the form correctly. Please ensure that in Cuid 1, you have written your current address and that your email address is correct. Please ensure that in Cuid 2, you have written Coláiste UISCE, signed your name & date and ticked the box.

Step 3

Post the completed form and 2x proof of identity to the address below.

Step 4

I will send your application to CONCOS on your behalf.

Step 5

Then, keep an eye on your email. After approximately 5-7 days, you will get an email from them with a link to an online form that you will have to complete.

Step 6

Your vetting will be completed by the NVB within 5 days and you will be informed by CONCOS.
