Why can’t my child use his / her mobile phone during the day?
Mobile phone usage is restricted during Coláiste UISCE courses as they distract the students’ concentration on Gaeilge and prevent them from gaining maximum benefit from the course. They are also restricted for security and child protection reasons. Students will have access to mobile phones in the evening after dinner. UISCE does not accept responsibility for any such prohibited items remaining in the students’ possession, which are misplaced or lost during a course.
